Lukhon Thai Mookata (HALAL) Review

First visit to a halal mookata ! Thought mookatas could never be halal because they use lard to oil up the pan but syi intro-ed us to this place; visited the place the previous holidays to try it out.

It is located at the changi village hawker and this is one of the stalls in the hawker centre.

Their menu

Forgot which platter we ordered but we ordered a whole load of sides as well that the bill actually summed up to around $15 each.

Their chilli isnt as amazing as other mookata stalls and I felt that the meat wasn't as flavourfull and as good as previous mookatas I have been to. And honestly for the price we paid it would be almost near to a buffet mookata price where there were more options.

The bacon and beef slices wasnt as great as there wasn't much flavour in them but the tom yum chicken was pretty good, the best they had I would say.

But still, a great place to go for mookata with muslim friends !

Funny story: We ordered various meats and we were being dumb and thought the beef slices were bacon and forced ting to eat a whole load of it bc she wanted the bacon but turned out after finishing the plates of it, the bacon was found to be below it HAHHAHAA
